Expectations: Buyers, How’s the Market?

First and foremost, I adore buyers, all buyers- you all have a special place in my heart for all of you. Learning about your family, spare time activities, and about your dreams are just a few pleasures I take in my career. What makes you happy during your journey, makes me happy at the end of the day. My job, and the common job between all agents at the end of the day is to find you the perfect home that meets all of your needs.

Attaining these dreams together, means we should probably set up realistic expectations between the both of us. So, when selecting your agent, sit down with him or her and discuss what your needs are. We thrive off of this! We love to know exactly what you need so that you can achieve home ownership in the fashion you want and deserve.

After learning about your expectations, we share ours. This is where things get serious, my friends. In North Central Washington we are in an urgent housing market, meaning low inventory- high demand. In simple economics, if we have low supply and high demand we tend to see higher prices and sellers are getting exactly what they are asking for within one or two percent. Don’t forget that I am absolutely on your team- given I represent you in the transaction.

Please don’t hesitate to call for a home preview or showing if you’re in the market- I would love to get the opportunity to meet and walk you through one of the most exciting milestones in your life.

Until next time…

Cheers,
